Gentle Breath Meditation

The one purpose of meditation is to reconnect to self. By practicing the gentle breath techniques you build a bridge to your innermost, the place where your soul connects with you and where stillness is.

The fiery breath is our natural way of breathing. In truth we give away our breath, and with it our life force, our power, to other people, emotions, situations, TV etc. By relearning to breathe your own true fiery breath of the soul you will be able to discover where you give your power away and thus regain all that you are one breath at a time.

Esoteric Yoga

Esoteric Yoga means union (Yoga) from the innermost (Esoteric). By reconnecting to our body we create a deeper awareness of ourselves and the natural harmony and rhythms of our body.

By deliberately bringing ourselves back to the body we become more aware of our movements and breath. This will create a new point of reference of which we can say 'this is me'. This reference point can then be used throughout the day to asses where we are at with ourselves and it thus becomes a tool to be more and more aware of everything we do and say so building the livingness of our innermost, our soul connection.

No straining physical positions are used and it is therefor suitable for everyone.

Innermost Sound

Explore your voice in a light and playful way. Our body is our instrument and our voice shows directly how we feel and thus the quality of our expression. Emotions and not speaking our truth get in the way and lessen our connection with ourselves and our body. This way we almost literally loose our voice and our ability to express from the heart.

In this workshop we use breath, sound and song to help us reconnect to our heart en create a greater awareness of our voice, how we speak and how we listen. We can clear obstacles and heal old wounds. Rediscover your own voice with humour and joy and find that everyone is born with a beautiful voice.

No experience is required nor do you have to be able to sing.
